Statistik tahun 2006 menunjukkan usahawan Melayu Melaka yang menjalankan perniagaan telekomunikasi adalah sebanyak 13% berbanding kaum bukan bumiputera sebanyak 87%.
Oleh yang demikian, kerajaan khususnya badan yang berkaitan dalam pembangunan usahawan telah berusaha untuk meningkatkan jumlah penyertaan bumiputera dalam industri ini.
TM yang juga sedang mengusahakan Telekom Malaysia Business Programme (TMBP) telah diundang bagi membantu kerajaan negeri dalam usaha tersebut. Program ini telah dijalankan bersama Faratech Distribution Sdn Bhd selaku operator program.

Semasa seminar, kami telah didedahkan dengan produk-produk TM di samping kaedah program ini dijalankan. Sebenarnya, konsep ni sama dengan konsep Program Khas Usahawan Telekomunikasi (PKUT) yang telah dibuat setahun yang lalu. Cumanya, kali ini, mereka lebih menumpukan kepada pembangunan distributor dan agent. PKUT dulu, tak silap aku dia orang melatih untuk mewujudkan Master Distributor. Satu lagi untuk TMBP ni tak ada penglibatan Mara secara langsung.
Semangnya perniagaan ni memang menguntungkan. Margin tinggi tau. Tapi tu la, kena la bekerja keras untuk mendapatkan pelanggan. Aku masih mempertimbangkan untuk menyertainya. Sebab, modal aku dah susut.. kekeke.. Dulu masa PKUT, aku tak dapat bagi komitmen sebab bekerja dan aku perlu hadir latihan untuk pengetahuan produk. Sudahnya, aku tinggalkan benda tu.
Lepas habis seminar, aku terus ke Sungai Rambai. Hantar produk air aku. Hari ni, alhamdulillah, sales meningkat sikit.. hehehe
